Celebrate Princeton Vendors

Celebrate Princeton Street Fair is Saturday,  June 11th, 2022 from 10am-5pm. Set-up begins at 8am and must be complete by 9:30am.

Vendors of all kinds will be considered and most are accepted. The booth fees are as follows: 

10x10  - $50

10x20 - $90

The deadline for applications is June 1. There will be a $25 surcharge for any applications submitted after the deadline. 

Before you fill out an application, PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES at the bottom of this page. To reserve your spot, you must  1.) fill out the application, 2.) pay your fee  3.) If you do not currently have a business license with The City of Princeton, you must FILL OUT THIS FORM and send to the address on the form. 4.) If you are a food vendor and not already licensed to serve by Mercer County Health Dep't, you must FILL OUT THIS FORM and  be prepared to pay the $50 fee to Matt Bragg when he arrives to inspect the day of the event.

Guidelines

~You must pay your fee when you submit this application. Pay online at the link above. If you cannot pay online, you must mail your check the same day you submit the application. Make check payable to Princeton Renaissance Project and mail to 869 Mercer Street, Princeton, WV, 24740. 

~The deadline for applications and fees is June 1. After June 1, there will be a $25 surcharge on all booths.

~Set-up begins at 8 a.m. You must be loaded in and have your car moved by 9:30am. You must stay set up until the festival is over at 5pm. If you tear down early, you will not be invited back to vend next year. 

~Food Vendors: If you are not currently licensed and permitted in Mercer County, our Health Department rules require you to complete an "Application for Permission to Operate Food Establishment" and send to the Mercer County Health Department. You also must be prepared to pay $50 to Matt Bragg when he arrives to inspect you the morning of the event. Forms are linked above and you can call with questions at 304-324-8836. You are also responsible for making sure your equipment and set-up are up to code. The Princeton Fire Department will inspect each food vendor before opening in the morning, so be prepared. 

~*You are responsible making sure your business is licensed and permitted to do business in the State of WV and The City of Princeton. If you do not have a current business license in The City of Princeton, you must fill out the form for a 1 day permit, linked above, and send with $5 to Teresa Myers at City Hall. You can pay the fee ($5 for most businesses) over the phone and fax or e-mail the form, or mail. Teresa number is 304-487-5027. 

~All spaces are located outdoors on Mercer Street. No protection from weather is provided; you must provide your own tent and tables. 

~We reserve the right to place your booth wherever it best fits in the festival. You will receive an e-mail or phone call the week before the event with your booth number and details about location. 

~Attention Re-sellers (Avon, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, etc.): We will not guarantee exclusives unless it is tied to a sponsorship. Multiple resellers of the same product may be allowed. Please keep this in mind if you plan to register. 

~No refunds will be provided for those who fail to show up, or for any reason, including bad weather. 

~We all want a big crowd. Please help ensure that by sharing this website and the Facebook event page with your customers, friends and family.
