Vending at Celebrate Princeton Street Fair 2026

Celebrate Princeton Street Fair is Saturday,  June 13th, 2026 from 10am-5pm. Set-up begins at 8am and must be complete, with your car moved, by 9:30am.

Vendors of all kinds will be considered and most are accepted. The booth fees are as follows: 

10x10  - $50

10x20 - $90

The deadline for applications is May 29. There will be a $25 surcharge for any applications submitted after the deadline. 

Before you fill out an application, PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES at the bottom of this page. To reserve your spot, you must  1.) fill out the application, 2.) pay your fee  3.) Ensure compliance with West Virginia state business regulations  4.) If you do not currently have a business license with The City of Princeton and you will be selling anything, you must fill out an additional portion on the form, and pay an additional $5 fee. 5.) If you are a food vendor and not already licensed to serve by Mercer County Health Dep't, you must FILL OUT THIS FORM and be prepared to pay the $50 fee to the inspector when they arrive to inspect the day of the event.

Guidelines

1. Payment & Application Submission

  • Your booth fee must be paid when submitting your application.
  • Pay online at the link above.
  • If you cannot pay online, mail your check on the same day you submit your application.
  • Make checks payable to: RiffRaff Arts Collective
  • Mail to: 869 Mercer Street, Princeton, WV, 24740

2. Application Deadline & Late Fee

  • Deadline: May 29
  • Applications submitted after May 29 will incur a $25 late fee.

3. Set-Up & Tear-Down

  • Set-up begins at 8:00 AM
  • You must be fully loaded in and have your vehicle moved by 9:30 AM.
  • Vendors must remain set up until the festival ends at 5:00 PM.
  • Early tear-down is not permitted unless there is an emergency or a significant extenuating circumstance. Vendors who leave early will not be invited back next year.

4. Food Vendors

If you are not currently licensed in Mercer County, you must:

  1. Submit an Application for Permission to Operate a Food Establishment to the Mercer County Health Department (linked above).
  2. Be prepared to pay $50 to the inspector when they arrive for inspection on the morning of the event.

  3. Ensure your equipment and setup meet all safety regulations.
  4. The Princeton Fire Department will inspect each food vendor before opening—be prepared for inspection.

5. Business Licensing Requirements

All vendors must be properly licensed to do business in West Virginia and the City of Princeton.

City of Princeton Business License

  • If you will be selling anything, you must complete the 1-day permit section at the bottom of the application.
  • Fee: $5 (in addition to your vendor fee).
  • If you are not selling anything, you do not need to pay this fee.

6. Booth Location & Setup

  • All vendor spaces are outdoors on Mercer Street.
  • No weather protection is provided—bring your own tent and tables.
  • We will assign booth locations based on festival needs.
  • Vendors will receive an email or phone call the week before the event with booth number and setup details.

7. Product Sales & Exclusivity

  • Resellers (Avon, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, etc.):
    • We do not guarantee exclusivity unless tied to a sponsorship.
    • Multiple vendors selling the same product may be accepted.

8. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • No-shows
    • Weather-related cancellations
    • Any other reason
